About & Collaboration

A study of one, kept in public.

Project Nof1 is a public portfolio documenting my personal exploration of n=1 self-sovereignty — the practice of knowing my own physiology well enough to make decisions from it rather than from population averages.

The work moves between quantitative data curation — collecting, cleaning, and reading my own signals over time — and neuroarchitecture, where those signals shape the light, sound, air, and rhythm of the spaces I live and work in. Everything here is an instrument, an environment, or a record built for a single physiology at a time.

Collaborations I'm open to

Research Partnerships

Longitudinal n=1 protocols, sensory genotype studies, disease related metabolic drift data curation, and co-authored work with labs and independent researchers.

Frontiers of Longevity

Actively seeking visionary researchers and innovative co-creators worldwide who share a passion for pushing the boundaries of personalized human performance, healthy aging and longevity.

Spatial Health Initiatives

Translating physiological data and biomarkers into sensorial ergonomics in built environments: light, acoustics, air, and thermal range for built environments.
