Having lived in Scotland (Atlantic jet stream = super pressure whiplash), South Florida (hurricane central), the Arabian Gulf (heat extraordinaire) and having spent a summer right under the Arctic circle with Saint Petersburg's white nights (hello circadian disruption), I have become quite conscious of how the weather is an important, yet under appreciated, factor in human performance.

Thanks to Lovable I've made myself the weather human performance app I've always wanted, where I can have all the weather metrics in one place and be able to also anticipate them for travel. It took several months, many many hours, with prompts as long as 12 pages at a time. Lots of tinkering with the logic, decision matrix logic and inference and I am now going to put my app to the test!
